How long you have to return
You can return most items within 30 days of the day your order arrives.
Items that cannot be returned
Pillows are personal care items. Once a pillow has been opened or used, we cannot accept it back. This is to protect the health and safety of all our customers.
Who pays for return shipping
If we made a mistake — for example, the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong one — we pay for return shipping. It costs you nothing.
If you simply no longer want the item — you are responsible for paying the return shipping.
Your refund
When you return an item, we refund the full price of the item.
After you hand your package to the shipping company, please allow up to four weeks to receive your refund. It is often faster. Here is what happens during that time:
